How much does it cost to refinance?
My mortgage is 259,000, what my house is worth basically. We have a 6.25% interest rate. It adjusts but not with further five years. I heard that the rates are great right now. Should I refinance? Is it free anywhere? Thanks!
refinancing is not free. I would def. refi if you can, because the rates are ridiculously low! A home refinance in my area costs around 2K plus you pay for home appraisal, which is around 200th I hope I helped.
