Getting out of a manufactured home Mortgages.?

My wife and I are divorced and want to move to another state. We are ok with foreclosure / restitution of the home. We have no land bound by home mortgages. We are not interested in credit, but how will it affect us financially. Will they just take it away and destroy our credit, or will we be responsible for balance?

They want to exclude, then sell it at auction for far less than you owe on it and you will owe difference. They could sign a Judgement against you which could affect your financial future. Call them and see if you can work something out. Have you even tried to sell it? You might sell it for what you owe on it and salvage your credit. Contact a realtor.
