I posted a question recently about mortgage modifications & got a flood of responses from people offering loans. They had all private e.mail to click on. Grammar & spelling was bad and none of them actually answered the question. They all had 0% rating. I flagged all but want to warn any YA legit members to take caution when you ask financial questions.

YA has more than a few "errors" in their system when it comes to getting bad apples out of their Q & A. In their defense, but they have to do with a number of contradictory elements – it's harder than it looks. Your warning is a good one. I certainly hope most of the people posting here can see a rat relatively easy … I worry about the naive and the kids, though.
