Is there anyone who has used an unnamed company "Mortgage Monitor Financial Services"?
I have heard that over 40% of Adjustable Rate Mortgages currently on the books have had mistakes in the past when re-calculating the time lags and it is not funny that the errors always tend to favor the lender. I have been told that a company named "Mortgage Monitor Financial Services", analyzes your ARM for you, review all adjustments have been made on your arm over her life. The company claims to have saved money for over 10,000 people. Has anyone had experience with the company? Is it reliable?
can not say I have – but if u think they are worth the fee go for it!
