Banks Mortgage Rate
Why do not the banks lower their mortgage rates to 3% or 4%?
I do not understand: if the banks are suffering so much with all the foreclosures and inability of many to not make their payments Monty, why are they still charge 5-6% mortgage rates and refinancing.
Because they do not trusted customers to sign loans. One reason for the housing mess.
