Stimulus or Entitlement?
Under Obama "stimulus package" judges will be able to "forgive" part of your mortgage and adjust your interest and maturity of the loan. So for us, having lived a life of personal responsibility within our means and not bought things we couldn't't advice, we are now financing those who do not? If yes, how can it be good for America? What kind of message are we teaching our children, apart from having a right attitude?
I wonder if I should sell my current house and buy the more expensive, we chickened out on so we felt we could not afford it now? Gee, then we would get something back down and we want it for what we pay for our current humble home. I'm really ticked off about this. We worked really hard for what we have, and behaved very responsibly. The dead beats getting a free ride and all the rest of us. Why bother to work hard anymore, makes me sick. What is wrong with America to have this time? It sucks.
