The landlord has failed to pay mortgage payments on his rent. Unknown to the tenant, he continues to pay rent. One day a shielded notice on the door. Does the tenant have any rights?
Foreclosure takes awhile, sometimes up to one year. Continues to pay the landlord rent until it is finished. After it has finished, you are allowed to renting from the bank for 3 months, then you have to vacate the property.
