Why do mortgage lenders predatory lending practices?
I'm in the Business School, you learned an ethics class. Where was the business ethics?
"Business ethics" fell by the wayside when the madness picked up momentum to downsize out of their jobs, the middle class. Now they are busy around trying to find out who will qualify for a mortgage, and pickin are slim, if nonexistent. Why do they practice predatory lending? Because they can. There is an abundance of houses, an abundance of capital to lend, but no longer qualified to handle large debtloads lack of sufficient income from jobs. Got it? government Officials want your vote but do not understand this.
