Mortgage Lending Information

Commercial lending: When given the opportunity, it is still a good idea to go not reveal my personal finances?
This is primarily a question for mortgage brokers and lenders: I recently had the opportunity to "Show Full Doc." or "Do not disclose personal income. "While I have all the information and can show full documentation of my fortune and my income, is it ever a good idea not to disclose my personal income? What I mean is: Is there ever a time when not disclose my personal financial information will increase my odds of getting a funded project, as opposed to being upfront with everything about my personal info.
It is better to be up front and reveal everything. Thus dispelling any thought of you hide something. If they see your personal finances and know that you can handle yourself, it just breeds confidence. Concealment would only bring questions.
