Mortgage Lending Employment
Mortgages businesses, borrowers and housing crisis?
Before you jump my bones about this question I realize there are responsible people who have been caught in this economic crisis and I'm not necessarily take these people. There are a lot of blame to move on housing crisis. What is your opinion about accountability mortgage companies that knowingly lent to those who could not pay and I said knowingly (application and employment / economic history?)
I got screwed of this crisis, but I can and do still pay my mortgage, even though I lost my ass when you consider how much I paid for my house and how much it is worth today. What I can not figure out is how Mr Obama's plan will be fair. If he makes the cutoff for help at around $ 450,000, how should this fair? You may not, but a dump of a house in CA Bay Area for it, but you can buy a farm in other parts of the country for it. Should there be a sliding scale based on cost of living? Same goes for taxes. My salary barely gets me by, but if I made the same wages in other states, I'd be quite good. I thought that this was the party of fairness. I place blame on those who made the loans, those who took loans knowing they could not afford them and those who made it possible for banks making loans. They all contrubuted to the sharp decline in my property value. Thanks guys!
