Mortgage Lender Company
Does anyone know a mortgage company that will lend to concrete structures?
I found a fab flat that I would love to buy, but flat block is made of concrete and I have problems finding a mortgage company will lend me money. I will have at least a 5% deposit, and could possibly have10% (in a row!) But definitely could not afford 15 or 20% deposit that some of the major street banks require. Can anyone suggest a lender who can give me a mortgage?
