Mortgage Closing Costs
If I refinance a home, I can get the closing costs and fees included in my mortgage payments?
I'm thinking of get my home refinance. I think I have enough money to cover closing and fees, but instead of paying closing costs, I can get them included with my new loans or do I pay it separately?
Each lender will have different standards and guidelines. You should find someone who will roll closing costs in your refi relatively easy though. Be sure to check for any extra fees or stuff, this could trigger himself. Shop around and carefully read everything before you sign it, take it home and come back the next day, there should be no hurry.
