Are they a good Comapny to refinance with? Anyone use them?
I agree with alterfemego comment on the Web mortgage companies. You are not likely to get the service you deserve by using one of them. I've been in the mortgage market industry for several years now, and have heard mixed reviews from customers who have used internet mortgage companies – but definitely more negative than positive.
