Current refinance loan rates for rental apartments in NC?
I've converted a second home (a condo in a two-unit association, yes just two) for a rental. If I can get a good rate, I would refinance. What rates are available for 75-80% loan-to-value? 15-yr depreciation could be OK. My credit is excellent. On-line has lots of info on home ownership rates, but little on rentals.
Commercial Mortgages are running about 8%
