Will Stimulus Plan Support Homeowners mortgage?
With respect to Mortgage and Stimulus Plan, I heard that in terms of mortgage? It may be possible (If approved), that Mortgages may be able to extend a 30 yr mortgage to a 50 year mortgage for the current homeowners to help reduce their payments to stay in their homes? Anyone have confirmation of this? The stimulus plan is so large it's hard to find information on exactly what to vote at.
No, but I can say that the Republicans would have federally subsidized mortgages, which was 4%. The Democrats voted it down.
