Where should I go to refinance my home mortgage?
My current mortgage is through Wells Fargo. We have a local office in the city I live in, but I would get lower interest rates by going to a bank and let them sell my mortgage, if they wish, or if I went directly to them?
I would call the 800 number for wells fasgo and have them lower your rate and tell them that you do not want to pay paperwork fees and that you have financial problems but you know that the lower your rate will lower your monthly payment, which will help you. I did it with Washington Mutual.
