Is there any help for our Home Loan?
We are not one of those people who are behind on our website mortgage payments. But with the new stimulus package has gone I was wondering if there would be no way for me to get my home mortgage rate is lowered. We are in a 7.25% rate. It is not an adjustable price! We have heard now that some of this stimulus package, entered into force, will now allow us to get our home loan in the estimated rate & Lower our payments. Where can I find these rates, so we can get our house payments lowered? Thanks for your help!
Your best bet is to look at your refinancing options as loan rates are very low. Rather than seeking average price of a 30 year fixed (5.25), I suggest that you talk to a local mortgage broker to explore your options.
