Have you ever worked with CTX for a mortgage?
I buy a home in North Carolina and just wanted to hear any experiences from using CTX Mortgage?
In the old days, if you bought a Centex home (brand new), were you pressured to use CTX. They were terrible. They knew that you were "forced" to use them so that they were indifferent. Now, Pulte Homes has bought Centex, CTX is operating more independently. They are much more friendly and helpful. They try to leave their old image behind. If you are buying a lived-in house and using CTX, you should be fine.
